Requirements
Four things, and you are ready: a Qlik Sense platform, internet access to ancoreSoft, a current browser and an ancoreCloud account.

Qlik Sense
ancoreMind runs as a visualization extension in Qlik Sense. It works on all three platforms:

ancoreMind works with the rights of your own Qlik user. It sees the sheets, objects and data that you see, and section access applies.
Internet access
ancoreMind loads its program from cdn.ancoresoft.com and connects to the ancoreMind service at ancorecloud.com. The browser in which Qlik Sense runs needs access to both addresses over HTTPS, including WebSocket connections to ancorecloud.com.
Browser
- A current version of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Safari.
- Pop-ups allowed for your Qlik Sense address. ancoreMind signs you in in a small separate window. If the browser blocks it, see Troubleshooting.
ancoreCloud account
Each user signs in with their own ancoreCloud account – the same account you use for other ancoreSoft cloud services such as ancoreMate. If you do not have one yet, you create it the first time you sign in – with your email address, Microsoft or Google. See Sign in.
Optional: ancoreShare
To create and generate reports from the chat, the app also needs the ancoreShare extension. See Reports.
