Add ancoreMind to a sheet
Once per app, in a minute. ancoreMind is added to an app like any other custom object – after that, the chat is there on every sheet.
How it works
Edit the start sheet
Open the app and the sheet that users see first – usually the first sheet in the app overview. Select Edit sheet.
Drag ancoreMind onto the sheet
In the assets panel, open Custom objects, find ancoreMind under ancoreSoft Toolbox and drag it onto the sheet. A small cell is enough: the object only shows the ancoreMind mark while you edit the sheet, and it is invisible in analysis mode.
Leave edit mode
Select Done editing. The round Open ancoreMind button now appears in the bottom right corner of the browser window.

Why the start sheet
Qlik Sense starts an extension only when its object is on the sheet that is open. So ancoreMind starts as soon as a user opens a sheet with the ancoreMind object. From then on, the chat window stays available on every sheet of the app – also on sheets without the object – until the app is closed or reloaded in the browser.
If a user opens the app directly on a sheet without the object (for example through a link), ancoreMind starts as soon as the user goes to a sheet that has it.
You can place ancoreMind on more than one sheet. All objects in an app share the same chat window, so users always see one ancoreMind, not several.
Properties
The object needs no settings. Its properties panel has the standard Appearance section, which affects only the object on the sheet and not the chat window, and About with information about the extension.
