Changes and confirmations
ancoreMind acts at once – except when it deletes something or sends a mail.
What happens right away
Everything you ask for that creates or changes something – sheets, charts, master items, variables, design, properties and selections – happens as soon as ancoreMind has worked out what to do, also across many objects at once. ancoreMind tells you in its answer what it changed.
You can stop at any time with Stop this answer. What ancoreMind already changed stays changed; ask it to change things back if needed.
Deleting needs your confirmation
Before ancoreMind deletes a sheet, a chart, a report, a master dimension, a master measure, a master visualization or a variable, it asks and says whether anything else uses the object:
Shall I delete the report "Monthly sales"? Nothing else uses it.
If other charts, master items or reports use the object, the question names them. The card below it is red, with one button such as Delete report.

After your reply, the card first turns grey; as soon as ancoreMind answers, it shows the outcome.
Charts that a report shows
A report shows the charts of the app as they are. If a request about a report would change one of these charts – for example Make the headings in the report blue – ancoreMind asks you in its answer first, because the change would apply to the chart everywhere in the app, not only in the report.
Sending a mail needs your confirmation
ancoreMind can write a mail for you – for example to send a report to a colleague. It never sends on its own. Instead, it shows a card Mail waiting for your confirmation with the recipients, the subject, the text and the attachments.

Recipients can only be ancoreMind users – people from your Workspace or Conversation. ancoreMind does not send mail to arbitrary addresses.
If the mail has a report attached that so far only exists in your browser, Send also saves the report in the Library of the conversation, so the recipients can open it. The card tells you before you send.
