ancoreMate Reloads

Reload Qlik Sense apps in Qlik Cloud and wait for the result, follow and cancel reloads, read reload logs and manage reload schedules. Triggers when an app reload finishes, also of reload tasks, filtered by app and result.

In n8n, these actions are in the node ancoreMate; the triggers are events of the node ancoreMate Trigger. Each action below names its n8n resource and operation.

Get started

Use Reload app and wait after a step that changes source data, then check Succeeded in a condition and send a mail with the reload log when it failed. With the trigger When an app reload finishes a flow reacts to every reload of an app, also to the reloads of its reload tasks.

Good to know

  • Reload tasks are managed through the tasks API of Qlik Cloud; the older reload-tasks API is not available for OAuth sign-ins.
  • Reload and wait waits up to the time limit of the flow action; very long reloads should use Reload app and the trigger instead.
  • Qlik Cloud does not report which reload task started a reload; to react to a reload task, use When an app reload finishes with the app of the task.
  • Since version 1.23.0, Variables of Reload app and Reload app and wait is a list of variable and value. A flow created earlier with variables as JSON object must enter them again when it is edited; ancoreMate still accepts the earlier form.
