ancoreShare Server release notes

These notes summarize customer-facing additions, improvements, and fixes for ancoreShare Server. For upgrade instructions, see Update ancoreShare Server.

Version 1.2.26 — June 18, 2026​

Changed​

  • Improved Qlik Sense authentication with cached sessions and a Windows ticket sign-in fallback. This improves compatibility with both newer and older Qlik Sense releases when a direct NTLM SDK sign-in is unavailable.

Added​

  • Custom variables can now assign their value to a Qlik app variable with the same name. The [#] prefix is ignored when matching names.
  • Server-side execution of ancoreShare Extension reports. This requires ancoreShare Extension version 1.3.30.28 or later.

Version 1.2.17 — August 4, 2024​

  • An attachment counter in the job-log history.
  • Destination selection for each job report. You can select one, several, or no destinations, such as email, FTP, or a network location.
  • Reports that contain only custom variables, which is useful for message-only reports.
  • Automatic folder and subfolder creation for FTP storage.
  • Job export conditions based on a variable, operator, and value for each export destination.
  • SFTP and FTPS support.
  • Leading-zero date and time variables for use in file names and messages.

Changed​

  • Downloads created in the Report Designer now use the report name as the file name.

  • The Qlik Sense connection timeout is now ten minutes.

Changed​

  • Report Designer object lists now show element titles.
  • When source metadata loading reaches a Qlik Sense timeout, collected metadata is retained instead of cancelling the complete process.

Fixed​

  • Page-cycle filter values incorrectly taking priority over report filters.
